I think that MBA is usually more of a generalist degree whereas the other two are specialist degrees in IT.

The job opportunities are probably better for "IT" related programs but it still might be difficult to get a job anyway. IT qualified people used to be in more demand than they are now. It would depend on your background and your actual skills and knowledge if you can get a job.
