Hi,

Appreciate the good work you are doing in guiding people. I just missed your online discussion the other day by 15mins. I am graduate in Comp. Sc. from India, I have about 11yrs of industry experience. My score in graduation is not very good (57%, average I would say) for some personal reasons, but I can get good references from my ex supervisors/managers. I am confident of getting a good score in GMAT and TOEFL. I am currently 34yrs and planning to get in to a MBA with more emphasis on the Information Tech. I am a permanent residednt of USA. Could u please tell me what are my chances.

When I looked at some of the shcools' websites, there is an age range, how strictly these age ranges are adheared to?

Thanks in advance.

I do not think you would have a problem with your age the fact that you are resident in the US. All the same, does this mean you have a resident visa of some sort?

Dear pkpatil,

Thanks for your inquiry. While I am confident that you have a substantial number of professional accomplishments to discuss on your MBA applications, I am a bit concerned about your age and your 'average' undergraduate performance. I am assuming (based on where you studied) that you are an Indian as well - and have potentially worked in IT (based on your career plans)? If this is the case, you will be placed within a VERY competitive portion of the MBA applicant pool. I am sure you are aware of this, but your GMAT score will be critical - along with your essays, outside activities, etc.

I would love to know more about the other areas of your candidacy and the schools you are considering for your MBA. Please feel free to contact us directly via email or phone if you would like to have an intial consultation about your candidacy and learn more about our services.

Regards,
