Like to share a bad experience that I hv with this institute call “HARTFORD INSTITUTE? I was a student who taking the Diploma with this institute and their service is so suck than I get so piss off and ask for my refund and the refund that I hv requested since this yrs Jan 06 and till now they have not proceed my refund. The center manager (Jenny Wong) and operation manager (Jean Wong) hv been avoiding my e-mail and calls.. Such a non-professional managers they hv in this institute.
By the way this institute they handle the matter is really not professional at all .. They hv been pushing the blame toward me .. So better tell your friends who want to go on for the further study better don’t go to Hartford Institute at Cosmic Building in Singapore..:eek:
