There is not nearly enough information to competently gauge your chances at Stanford. I see no reason you couldn't gain admission, but I don't know nearly enough about the quality of your work experience, demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, career progression, depth of extracurricular activities, or that all-important 'wow' factor that differentiates the successful HBS and Stanford applicants from the vast majority of the highly-qualified applicants.
