I have a GMAT score of 580 (Verbal 21, Maths 47, AWA 4.5).
I am writing GMAT again but I am not very confident about the results.
Can somebody please suggest me, what are my best bets (US universities) keeping the above score in mind. I have little more than 4 years of experience in one of world's most reputed IT company.I do have worked in United states for some time.

I think it really depends- Is English your first language? If not- the admission committees will probably take that into account when looking the GMAT to explain a low verbal score not necesarily representative of your core capacity in the MBA program.
If English is your native tongue, retake and this time- get to work on the Verbal skills, boy! :)
No one can suggest what schools will appeal to you. That's something you have to figure out for yourself.
