Traditional, Professional, or Executive MBA?

I have been accepted into several MBA programs and while I really would like to do the online programs, I have the opportunity to join the executive or professional MBA programs.

What is the benefit of a traditional vs. an Executive MBA (or vice versa)?

(BTW - Univ of Florida Exec, prof, and online programs).

BACKGROUND:
10 years professional experience, serial entrepreneur. Want the MBA to learn (of course), but also to help attract investors to my ventures, and to maintain executive positions. Not looking to job hunt now. Also, would like to use the MBA program to help establish networking relationships.

If you are busy working now and would like to expand your education and network an executive or evening MBA program would probably be a good fit for you. Executive MBA programs are geared more towards working mid to senior level managers that are going to stay with the company they are currently with. Evening MBA programs seem to be more of a general program geared towards people unable to afford quitting their jobs to attend school full time. An executive MBA program gives you the ability to keep working so you don't lose out on that income while you are in school and relies on applying what you learn in the workplace and using that experience to make up for time not spent in the classroom.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I guess my question is more - Is one a better degree than the other (outside of the convenience).

Having taken many courses online only, hybrid, and traditional style I have some experience but none with an MBA program. From my experience I feel an online only or hybrid program in general will have a difficult time being as highquality as a 2 year full time program. However I think most well ranked schools would not offer an online or evening program without feeling that they can provide a quality education that meets their standards. Make your decision based upon your goals and what is the best fit for you.
