amritapaul 03-05-2002, 11:15 AM I am from India and am interested in doing my MBA from usa. I would like to know whether 16 years of education is absolutely compulsory in the US for a masters degree.
Clear Admit 05-22-2002, 06:42 PM Dear Amritapaul,
16 years of education is NOT compulsory at the top MBA programs. The important thing is to show that you have finished both high school and college (even if college is only three years long). Obviously, you need to have attended reputable institutions overseas, but each year thousands of international students come to top MBA programs from a broad variety of educational backgrounds.
The admissions offices at the best programs will ask for transcripts form your former schools, but they will not demand a certain number of years of education.
Best of luck with the process,
Graham
