Hey guys. I'm a sophomore at the Uni of Arizona. I was wondering what I should do to get into a B-school.

I currently have no job experience. Reason for that was because I originally wanted to be a pharmacist so I would volunteer at hospitals rather than work.
I'm in a few clubs like SIFE, ABF, and Chemistry Club.

I'm planning to try to get some leadership positions in SIFE and ABF.

So can anyone help me with what I should do?

Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about a graduate business program or an undergraduate business program? The undergraduate business program at my school is non-selective admissions and I think most undergraduate business programs are easy to get into if there are ones that have selective admissions.

im talking about graduate schools. I'm not quite sure what I should do because I'm new to this whole MBA thing.

You're on the right path. Doing volunteer and showing leadership right now in your undergrad is going to make you stand out and give you a wow factor in 10-12 years when you'll be ready for business school.

Even if you change your mind about business school- the experiences you put in now won't be wasted. They're going to be terrific investments for your future career, academic endeavours and all other aspirations.
