Hello:

I just received word today that I was waitlisted at McCombs. At this point I do not know what I can do but wait for a yay or nay. Apparently letters provide application feedback are sent out of I am denied, so I do not know how to address shortcomings to convice the Ad com that I deserve admission. Here are my stats. Any advice is appreciated.

May application was complete the day before the final deadline on April 15. Personal issues prevented me from applying earlier.

GMAT: 690 (89%)
Undergrad GPA: 3.4
6 Yrs work experience- Currently Lead Design Engineer of a small high tech company.
BA Economics and BSc Chem. Eng.
Extra Curricular: Big Brothers, Habitat for Humanity, started my side own business 2 years ago.

I am using an Entrepreneurial focus as all my experience has also been in VC startup companies.

What can I do to improve my chances ?
