What kind of working experience is more valuable?

I am planning to take MBA course starting from Jan 2008. Since I still have about 21 mths time before the course start, I am also considering to change to a new job, this is to gain extral experiences.

I am a master of computing with 5+ years working experience with a government IT department. I have been working as Systems Analyst, mainly doing project management and system design. Just wondering if i was to change to another job, what kind of job will be more valuable to prepare for my MBA study? (i.e. add points for admission, also enable me to understand better and learn more during the study). Shall I choose financial sector? consultancy services? or any other type?

Please help to advise. Thank you!
