I am an international student-athlete with 3.1 GPA and good internship experience. you guys think I could get accepted into a "decent" mba program for fall 2007?
I talked to a lot of schools and programs like Cornell, Notre Dame, UW, Univ of Maryland, UConn,Vanderbilt,Penn State and Purdue accept some students straight out of college provided they get +20 points or better than the school's average GMAT score.

What do you think about this and are there any people out there who have done this or thinking about it?

thank you

I know serveral people who have done it and been successful but they are always the minority. Most people have 2-5 years of full time work experience prior to going to a MBA program. The work experience really helps out twofold. You benefit more from having it in class and you become a better job canidate when you graduate.

It's possible, but don't count on it.
